I have been a licensed Realtor for 25 years, licenced in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. My main focus is Residential real estate however we also work in land, cabins and rentals. I have been successfully closing short sales since 2008 with over 250 of them closed and have helped hundreds of other distressed home owners. I am in business with my wife Kolleen Gygi who works as a buyers agent and handles all the day to day tasks. Kolleen has been licensed for over 12years. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a Graduate Realtor Institut, Certified residential specialist and Seller representative Specialist. We go above and beyond the required education to make sure we stay on top of this changing market. I enjoy hunting, fishing, traveling and backyard bbq's. I am very easy going and laid back, however I also get right to the point. Sometimes that is a put off but i find most of the time people value my frankness as there is no wondering if I am being straight with them. I absolutely love helping people find and sell homes.
